What counts as a "manager"?

A manager is any user who logs in to review driver activity, accept/refuse responses, and oversee compliance. On the Standard plan, the account owner is the single manager. Multi-Manager lets you add additional managers who each see their own assigned drivers.

What happens after the 14-day free trial?

At the end of your trial, you can choose a plan to continue. If you don't subscribe, your account is paused — no data is deleted. You can come back and pick up where you left off anytime.

Do I need a credit card to start the trial?

No. Sign up with just your email and start tracking immediately. We'll only ask for payment info when you're ready to subscribe.

Can I change plans later?

Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your Settings page. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle, and we'll prorate any differences.

Are drivers limited on any plan?

No. Every plan includes unlimited drivers. The only difference between plans is how many managers can log in and oversee the operation.

How does the "Reports To" field work?

Each driver has a "Reports To" manager. On the Standard plan, this is automatically set to the account owner. On Multi-Manager and Enterprise, you can assign drivers to different managers so each manager only sees and handles their own team.

How does email automation work?

Connect your Gmail or Outlook inbox where your club sends reports. AutoClub HQ automatically reads decline reports, attendance data, and survey results — then emails drivers and tracks their responses on your behalf.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, no contracts or commitments. Cancel from your Settings page and you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
